The Town of Newburgh will be performing infrastructure improvements in the Meadow Hill neighborhood from April through August 2026.  The project will address various deficiencies in the aging sewer infrastructure; the work includes the replacement of sanitary sewer mains and manholes, and relocation of select water services and sanitary sewer laterals.

The work will commence on Monday, April 27^th and will be performed in the following areas:

1. Along Lancer Drive between intersection of Lancer Drive and Coach Lane through the intersection of Lancer Drive and Sulky Drive.
2. From the intersection of Crown Boulevard and Ambassador Lane extending along Ambassador Ln toward the intersection of Ambassador Lane and Estate Boulevard.
3. Along Meadow Hill Road at the intersection of Meadow Hill Road and Monarch Drive extending down Meadow Hill Road toward the intersection with Patton Road.
4. Along Monarch Drive, from the intersection of Monarch Drive and Meadow Hill Road extending down Monarch Drive passed Queens Way.
5. Along Victoria Drive between the intersection of Victoria Drive and Picadilly Court through the intersection of Victoria Drive and Lakeside Road.

Roadways where the work will be performed will be closed to through-traffic during the day; local traffic will be permitted.  Work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Roads will be open for full use at the end of each workday.  It is estimated that the work in each area will be completed in two to three weeks.
