REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

GRANT WRITER/RESEARCHER

 

The Coldenham Fire District is soliciting bids for a Grant Writer/Researcher. For a copy of the Request for Proposal, which includes the Statement of Work, email your request to:  secretary@coldenhamfd.org  Identify “RFP for Grant Writer” in the subject line. All bids must be submitted in writing, sealed, clearly marked as a “Proposal for Grant Writer/Researcher”, and received no later than 7:30 pm on October 15, 2025. Bids can be mailed to: Coldenham Fire District, Attn:  Secretary Keenan, PO Box 10595, Newburgh NY  12552. Hand-delivered bids will be accepted on October 15, 2025 between the hours of 7:00 pm and 7:30 pm at the Coldenham Fire House, 511 Coldenham Road, Walden NY.  For the Board of Fire Commissioners, Coldenham Fire District, Joseph D.
